QB Devin Leary, Utah

This is a typo. Cam Rising is the QB for Utah and in my opinion should be on this list as well

Devin Leary plays for NCSU (North C arolina State University) the one and only "Wolfpack."

A sleeper to watch is Cade McNamara at Michigan.

It will be exciting to watch college football this year knowing the Seahawks have the draft capital to get what they want.

ESPN mock draft by Jordan Reid gave us Nolan Smith (Edge from Georgia) at 9 and Tyler Van Dyke at 24.

An edge and a QB is not out of bounds. I wonder how many times a team has ever drafted its QB after another position when they had two first rounders.

Can’t have been often. I wonder if JS/PC would pass on QB with their first pick if they had pick 3 instead of pick 9...for example.

My wish is to get the Son of Ander and any QB who is the Son of Color. ... that's all.

Unfortunately i see more of a 4 -13 season with G. Smith.. nothing i've seen from him leads me to believe he can beat any team that's decent..

I see his wins coming against teams at the end of the season resting starters before the playoffs as they know the seahawks wont be hard to beat.

Lock may not be good either but he at least made the game interesting to watch.

Not sure i trust Pete to pick the better qb in the draft.. oh well..

Looking (hoping) for no more than 3 wins. With so many very good to potentially great QBs available it would be fairly hard to miss on a good one along with other positions of need continue to get improved.

I’m just not sure Pete can survive a 3 win season. It’s easy to say that it’s all part of the plan now, but another entirely when we’re 1-7 at the midway point. Jody Allen doesn’t say much publicly but at some point the heat will be turned up.

I'll be shocked if the media doesn't start calling for Pete to be fired at some point this season. He will be on everyone's "hot seat" list at some point. But I have to assume that when the organization decided to trade Russ, release Bobby, accumulate picks and get younger, that Jody gave approval to suck for a year or two. But yeah, get ready to hear a lot more about Pete the dinosaur being too old to understand how to win in the modern NFL.

I was glad when PC ended the BS and made a decision. I’ll need to take a bit of time to see what the rest of the team looks like and plays like before I start thinking about next year.

Pete Carroll ended the BS (Brian Schottenheimer) two years ago.

It is comforting and exciting to know, with very little doubt, that no matter what happens with Drew and Geno or the Seahawks in general this season, we will be drafting at least one QB next year, and with an early pick. This offseason was more interesting than any in recent memory. Next offseason will be even more fascinating!

I agree! Geno isn't going to be the Seahawk long term franchise QB. I'm sure John and Pete already have a QB picked, they hope to draft next summer.

I believe wholeheartedly that the Seahawks will draft a QB next year and not on day three.
