2024 QB Carousel: Could Seahawks do better than Geno Smith in free agency or trade?

This the general state of the potential 2024 quarterback carousel, players who could move around the league next offseason, not including Geno Smith, who will be a cap casualty candidate around the start of the next league year unless he shows dramatic improvement.
Since it is unlikely that the Seahawks would make a change at quarterback while in postseason contention this season, the reasons for which I detailed here, the next evolution in the Derek Carr-level QB debates (detailed here), has been to say this week, “Well, look, Geno is the guy right now even if he’s not the guy next year!” and an example of which you can watch on Bump and Stacy here:
