There’s no substitute for talent. But culture is maybe *the* most important vehicle for getting the right talent and getting the most out of it.

Now Gruden, not because he’s positive here about the Hawks, but because he doesn’t bullshit like others, I do like and listen too. Love this. Although he clearly doesn’t follow us here as we all knew Murphy was going to do this!
Cool words about Wilson. That is some positive info. But loved the words about Fluery and specifically the under Center/12 formation positives.
Jon Gruden always seems to actually know something about whatever he's talking about. That totally separates him from most other commentators. I don't always agree with him, but over time he seems to be right more often than other talking heads,
And in a totally different direction, I think Colin Cowherd is pretty good too. Not always right, but certainly worth considering.
I can’t wait! I have no idea what Gruden said about the Rams. I just feel the Rams have more and bigger weaknesses. Are their linebackers going to hold up against the Seahawks run game and short passes to the RBs and TEs? On offense, is the Rams O-line going to stand up against the Seahawks defensive front and blitzes? Will their lack of depth on offense and defense lead to problems should they lose first teamers? And finally, will their special teams play continue to provide a big advantage to the Seahawks?
I think Donald can still play, but I also think there’s a possibility he will not play at near the level he played at before his first retirement. Plus our O-line is better equipped to handle him than it was a few years ago.

I'm worried about the Ram's D-line now. Aaron Donald is getting new tennis balls on his walker!!
