Tough game for predictions. Also, with Fant active this week, does he start or back up Big Mike? In any case I just want to see the defense look assignment sound, and far, far fewer missed tackles. Minimize the leaky yards. The Rams always seem to get their yards, but a few big plays at big times can go a long way if we minimize the explosives.
On Offense, control the ball. Lower the defensive snaps and don't turn it over. A couple of fourth quarter drives to win it would be nice.
Trade deadline only a couple of days away. I don't expect John to do much, if anything, but you never know with him. Steelers are pretty desperate for a WR. Might be all they need to make a SB run. Will they overpay?
With the Hawks playing Jerrell and Bradford, I think they are planning to increase the percentage of run plays. I also recall fondly how JSN gained over 300 yards in the Rose Bowl, with a lot of those passes behind the linebackers. So, feed KW3 and play action. That may shock 'em. Yeah, that's the ticket.
This is a tough game. I’m hopeful but would not place anything down on the Seahawks.
We have already seen twice how big the rest advantage is from Thursday to Sunday (Giants game, and Falcons game).
I see it being a game which both defenses will have a rough time stopping the other. Thought the line played well against the bills - so that is encouraging. But overall I am just hopeful and do not expect to win
I would like to see a scrappy defense. A defense that puts their heart and soul into. Dammit I want improvement. I’ll take 3-0 Seahawks because l love defense. May the 12s be with you and Go Seahawks!
I'm 50/50 on this week. Sean just had Pete's number in totality, the fact alone we're no longer under Pete could make all the difference in turning around that record. That said, the Rams really could just ride the back of Kyren a long long way into the game and pounce on one or two key errors to walk away with a 14pt win.
What i want to see this week. 1) Fight - Not only be in contention for the Win in the 4th, but across the game scrap and make life tough for the Rams. 2) "Pick Me" - Someone new on offence (so not Cross, KW3 or Geno) has a game we cannot ignore, and on Defence the same but it could be from anyone.
Simply put, i want to see this team put the Buffalo Fiasco in the rearview and prove they themselves believe in where they are at and can make something of the year (not nessescarily playoffs, but making other teams actually take note of us, and laying the steps to earning a spot on the roster in 2025).
This is a Who Am I day. Anyone who had to work with his hands knows. The accolades and cheers mean nothing. Everybody since High School has told you how great you are, but now your building skills are falling far short. Grow up. Get a grip. Make it hurt, then double that. Every man-jack of us knows it when we see it. YOU won't see it. Won't hear it. You WILL feel it. HooAh. It's go time. Light up those eyes. Get The Look.
It's gotta be Real Shit, Doug. Guy to Guy/Man to Man stuff. Things we get before you become Somebody. Pointers you pick up working in the wind and cold rain to make sure the utility bill gets paid/ groceries bought. Lessons learned among hard smiles and bad jokes. The quiet amazement in how much can get done with the impossibles.
I was feeling a lot more optimistic last week, and we saw how that turned out. Maybe my feeling of pessimism (because….history) this week means the Hawks win.
Can’t see a victory with anything they have shown except for maybe the Atlanta game where Kirk made some mistakes. Only chance is to win the turnover battle by at least 2, and have way less impactful drive killing penalties and I can’t see that either. They will load the box without DK and stuff the running game, which makes us one dimensional as usual. Geno will have to be perfect to win and don’t see that either. I missed the Buffalo game and am glad I did. We are mediocre still and I will give the new staff time to figure it out, but when I see how much better the Commanders are with supposedly less talent, it burns a bit. We need stronger mentality in most of our players. Come out itching to jump on the other team instead of waiting until the last minute to wake up. I’ll be patient this year, but I think JS and Mike will need to show growth next year in their jobs to get us back to respectable.
It’s going to be very difficult without DK. He is by far the best player on the team. He is a tenacious, blocker and incredible speed for such a big man.
I guess JSN and Bobo are really going to have to step up maybe we can get some turnovers
What, no Seaside Jay picks? She is still a Rams fan? Well that is ok because I just don’t see a win this week for Seattle. All the signs are pointing to a Rams win. If the Seahawks pull out a victory it will be because they have some significant turnover luck go their way… say a muffed punt taken into the EZ by Bobo! Maybe this is the week the Seahawks have a running game?
She was a Taylor Rapp fan before he went to Buffalo. Now she’s a Puka fan. I can’t blame her. I wish the Seahawks had ten more players like Puka. He’s awesome.
Well now we know the answer to this one. A big fat no.

The Seahawks need a guy who can fire up the D. Are you available?
I agree this is a NFCW game against an opponent who has owned your ass. Man up!

I second this! I love a good vision board but I’m lost without Seaside Jay 😧 I don’t know how to feel…

My expectations for JSN were that he would be just like Pula has turned out. Still waiting…
And I mean Puka.
