Watching the Eagles: If we take Carter at #5 instead of Spoon, do we take Murphy the following draft? Guess you could (if you're a DL guy, might be tempting to pair them), or Mims, Verse, Fautano, Chop Robinson, Quinyon Mitchell or Graham Barton (per the draft boards pre-draft).

Do you stand on Spoon and Murphy III?

Trey Smith, aggressively. He’s still only 25, has only missed one game in four years, and comes from a winning culture. He’s also been playing next to Joe Thuney and some of their combination blocks could work with Cross too, as well as with Olu, things he’s learned. The only worrying thing is his AV while always positive and good, isn’t at the level of a Zack Martin for example, and he could cost Zack Martin money since as SSJ says, he’s #1 overall on many free agency boards. Would love to see Cross and Smith on Geno’s blind side.

Well, if the Seahawks really like Fraley, he's now available for second interview, in person.

Re Zeitler, Tom Brady called out the constant pressure up the middle as a key factor in Goff’s INT’s.

Pregame Lions v Commanders and there was a shot of the Lions getting pumped up. The guy in the center of the circle? The RT Sewell. Great to have some team leadership on the OL. It only happens when you have a group that has played together for a while.

Mahomes is clearly a great player, but he has turned into a flopper and a whiner to the refs. And he has succeeded in getting calls again and again. Annoying. It feels like the fix is in.

Chiefs-Texans: This has not been a banner game for NFL officiating. The Texans are getting jobbed.

Those bad calls favoring the Chiefs started early. The opposing team should be allowed to choose the referees when it comes to home games in KC. I want them to lose out on going to the Super Bowl yet again. Like last time, I won't watch if they do, or if the Ravens go. Both team fans do that Tomahawk Chop noise that sets my jaw.

Yeah, I am hoping some team on the AFC side can take out the Chiefs but if they keep getting calls like tonight….

The internet is making noise about the penalties. Texans 7 (67 yards) v KC 1 (5 yards) and calling on Goodell to end this pattern of referee bias for KC. It's like Goodell thinks fans of the game can't see what's going on.

Mariota, if for no other reason than I've followed him since college and appreciated the aggressive way he plays, especially now he's put on muscle. He's at the age that knows what he brings and what we need. If Coach sees' it the same way, watch out. Boom. A butt kicking field General with PRESENCE. MacD knows what he's looking for. I know- it's nuts, but you asked.

I suggested that a couple of posts ago. He’s had a bad run with a coaching round-a-bout which has never allowed him to settle. He’s got the talent. And he’d be cheap I’d imagine.

The Lions will be keeping him but Skipper might be a great add that would push Lucas to G.

I would like them to talk with Trey Smith. Great PFF grades but why leave ? I don’t see it either.

Cornelius Lucas Of Washington is older but adds solid depth. Washington has a lot of CAp space and 9 picks. They may want to upgrade. We need solid tackle depth.
