Geno's best games - Those where our run game was on point, and when the opposition defence was really bad. Geno's worst games - There where our run game was poor, and when the opposition defence was good.

So how do you best help Geno? You get him a strong run game to take pressure off and allow him to focus on the short-mid range dinks he excels at, which minimises his number of "Turnover worthy Plays" (still a truly awful stat that has zero definition of what a turnover worthy play is), and keeps our offence on the field for the most amount of time (which helps cover up some of their weaknesses). How do we best get Geno the best RB help? Draft Bijan Robinson at #5. Follow that up with some future proofing at #20 by grabbing Mayer (or Kincaid if Mayer has gone, which could easily happen). At #37 you can look at a WR (but again, this is not a good WR class, i'll circle back here on Day 3 in a moment) but lets say in the "support Geno" draft we should be going IOL in either Tippmann/Schmitz/Wypler. Onto #52 and i'll be conceding to a Defence pick (probably DB, ideally Safety, ideally Sydney Brown or Ji'Ayir Brown, or JL Skinner). #83 again to Defence (ILB Pappoe/Henly/To'To'o or DT Pickens/Benton if available). #123 is awkward, 4th Rd WR and Seattle have not gelled but this is where WR value starts to emerge. So instead take another OLine option Oluwatimi/McFadden/Daniels/Curtis/Saldiveri (it's a really good OL class). #151 finally we come to WR territory! Washington/Charles Jones/Wicks/Iosivas. #154 CB Trice ideally or Moss, maybe Clark or Wright. #198 back to RB in Vaughn or Rodriguez or Ibrahim or Hull. #237 so many options and hopes, my personal loves for Forsyth or Elijah Higgins, could snag Bagent or Cunningham or a shot at Bennett, or stuff another DT in Silvera or Redmond. It's the 7th Rd, just do whatever and fingers crossed.

The Help Geno Draft: Bijan, Mayer, Tippmann, S.Brown, To'oTo'o, McFadden, Washington, Trice, Vaughn, Forsyth. We have one hell of a run game, protection in depth, two new powerful receiving options, future flex at TE, future flex at Safety, future flex as ILB, a fun CB.

How certain are we that Arizona wants to draft Anderson or Carter? Warren Sharp makes a great case for drafting O-line and it is a new regime.

Well, just 48 hours until we know who the Hawks picked at #5 😀👍🏻

On behalf of Geno, I am insulted. However, as Geno, I'd just keep doing what he is doing which is trying to get better every day. Then prove it on the field.

Rumors swirling that Will Levis will be the number 1 pick.

Geno certainly played better than most of us expected last year but I remain skeptical. I know Lock won't get a chance to compete this preseason but I wish he did. I'm not for taking a QB at 5 because Richardson and Levis both seem like longshots to be true franchise QBs. If Stroud fell to us, I'd be fine if Schneider wanted to take a chance. He too is unproven but he had that one great game against Georgia. That showed his potential. If it can be done once, why not twice? I wouldn't seem him as more risky than Carter. But I doubt he falls to us, whereas I think Carter probably does.

I just watched most of Chris Collingworth's final mock draft. He's got me worried. First, Carter goes before 5, then well he pretty much demolishes my second round picks as they all go in the first round. We get Will Anderson while he explains the guy will likely never be a 12 sack per year guy and he's probably already maxed out and Alabama's defense was designed to get him sacks. It's weird. I am reminded of one of my favorite scenes from one of my all time favorite movies. Gettysburg by Turner Broadcasting with Martin Sheen as General Lee and the scene I'm thinking of is with Sam Elliot as the Cavalry Brig. General near the beginning of the movie where the cavalry is entering the city of Gettysburg and Elliot stops to look at the terrain and starts thinking of past battles where the Confederates were always grabbing the high ground and can see it all happening again and saying something like "I can see it happening as if it has already happened and I have to participate and even help it along" which is perhaps a romanticized scene and explanation for why he decided to try and delay the Confederates from taking the high ground.

and I can see the draft unfolding as if it has already happened and we have to take Will Anderson and almost everyone will hail it as a fine pick, a safe pick, and then at 20 we take Lucas Van Ness who has fallen this far for whatever reason and again everyone will hail it as a fine pick, but throughout the entire first round Bijan goes to someone else, and Carter is gone at 3, and Witherspoon last till 18 or so but we don't get him. Kancey goes before 20. Dawand Jones and Darnell Washington go to someone else and are gone, gone, gone before the second round.

Who got left out? No one that I wanted in the second round. It's as though Chris Collingsworth read my mind and picked all my picks and left all the ones I never consider drafting. It was a nightmare. JMS is gone gone gone. All the tackles. The only decent WR's go late in the first round. J.Gibbs is gone, gone, gone.

My counter, as in lucid dreaming, changing things back to less of a nightmare, I'm considering drafting Bijan at 5 to throw the nightmare off, but then I know we don't desperately need a RB at 5, so maybe we should draft Darnell Washington at 5 and Dawand Jones at 20. Those two will create holes for all RB's and also give a significant upgrade to pass protection.

OK, the medication is kicking in. I get it, Joe. Yea, our front office has got this covered and I'm gonna be happy with whoever they pick and however it goes down. That's what you're saying, right? I mean, maybe our best bet is to draft Anthony Richardson? Maybe? Naw. It is freaking out of our control. I feel helpless now. Dang, I almost lost it there. I had to self censor to keep this family friendly. Excussssssssse me. I need some more medication.

No matter who the Seahawks draft they will need to restructure contracts after the draft. Nwoso should be first up. I'm not sure what kind of cap savings there would be but anything will help now. I say this because Seattle needs breathing room just to operate the ship next year.

If we are lucky we can plug the leak in our run defense through the draft.

Most important are some year two players. Dareke Young has proved he can block and play special teams. I think he could play as a big slot. It's not his fault he didn't get anything thrown to him. Other than DK I can't remember a rookie getting many catches while Pete has been here.

The other Boye Mafe taken higher in the draft. He needs to hold down the other edge, he has the ability and strength.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Seahawks are thinking this.

As far as the Canadian Brown twins go the runningback is a banger the perfect number 2 to Kenneth Walker.

It would be great to get Kincade and a big gaurd maybe Mauch.

Oh to be able to fill two more holes in free agency.

Good perspective for both sides of the ball.

Even with our defensive needs, I would love our first four picks to involve: “a third receiver, a complement to Walker (DeeJay Dallas is the only other true RB on the roster), a new interior offensive lineman, and a high ceiling tight.”

I'm a Rookie Contract QB kind of guy because I believe an above average team can win a SB with a merely adequate QB, but even TB12 couldn't drag a below average team into the SB. I think Geno's contract qualifies as team friendly and I'm all excited to see how the draft plays out. I'm with SSJoe about adding a running back, wide receiver (thus my infatuation with Bijan Robinson), interior O-Line guy, and a generational talent on the D-Line and the 'Hawks are headed to Nevada next February.

I feel like we need a CB in this draft, and maybe this is too late to get him, but in round 6 at #198 we get Kyu Blu "Kelly" from Stanford. His hometown is Las Vegas where they play a lot of games for cash.

I'd expect any NFL player to blow off an obvious troll on Twitter, not sure it says anything about Geno taking his shortcomings seriously.

Is Dee Eskridge a complete miss? Maybe... but Golden Tate did not show much his first two seasons and there is a chance--a *chance* I say--that he may yet be "good". But if Young takes his spot on the roster (he may have it already on the depth chart) that will be ok with me too. Let's not write him off just yet, 'cuz he might write back.
