So much for the flack of drafting a 2nd round RB 2 years in a row. The specualtion on Jonathan Taylor has already begun. While RB's seem to be struggling to get paid the fact that they are hurt often and having 2 #1's is almost an imperative in today's NFL. If indeed the shoulder of ZC is going to take awhile to heal or fix, the add of Kenny M looks like another smart pick by Seattle. This could well be the opportunity he seeks in the NFL. I'm sure there will be an update by Tuesday. Chris Smith should get some opportunities at returning and ST. He's a small back that's worth a second look. (PS guy?)

Expect UW's Taulapapa to get a closer look in preseason as well.

Vi Jones is my dark horse roster pick for this year. I think he progressed a lot during the offseason adding 10 pounds of strength (now at 335lbs) and having direction from Wags to improve his game on the inside. With Wags, Bush and Brooks on one year deals the future is now. Maybe he got the injury bug out during OTA'a. At 6'3" with surprising quickness, PC seems to be talking him up.

JSN doesn't disappoint. As advertised so far.

Julian Love was a great add (Jamal Adams insurance). Wait until the pads go on.

Dee Eskridge has been ballin so far. Can he stay healthy? Sounds like he put a lot of work into the offseason in conditioning and workouts. We'll see.

Hopefull we'll here hopfull news on Charbonett in the next few days.

"Devin Bush will never be the same." LOL. What a great line. And "He can make chicken salad out of chicken sh!t" is pretty good too!

TheHawls potentially have an embarrassment of riches at RB. Some teams might seemingly be able to just slot guys in to have success running (thinking of the misery from having to watch post-season Patriots) but we genuinely might have three studs back there. Next man up, always compete. Rooting for Kenny.

Like how though? In workouts? They are just about to put on pads?

A fair point given the lack of contact! They wouldn’t tell us what happened with Riq though, so can’t see them officially saying anything about Zach. “Out indefinitely” is of course a worrying diagnosis - but unless they are blowing smoke up people’s arses, hopefully Riq and K9 will be back real soon.

A groin strain is a groin strain in the case of K9. The more perplexing injury is ZC, but that is nothing compared to the total enigma that is Woolen’s.

K9 was out early last season with the same problem!

Even though time keeps on slippin' into the future, Charbs and KW3 will both soon be flying like a, ahem, Seahawk (which is a realtive of the eagle doncha know...)

Meanwhile...

I will admit once 7th round pick came up u went right to Chris Carson. I should have looked at the hint more closely, as skipper Joe was telling us it wasn't who we thought. Fourteen touchdowns in a season would be in first place or close to it on a great many teams. It just shows how good Seattle was running the ball to the left with Shawn Alexander. I was pretty sure he scored 30 Tds leading the Seahawks to their bye on wild card weekend leading to the worst refereed Super Bowl to this day. Truley that bugs me as much as Marshawn not getting the ball

Hasn’t Geno always had good chemistry with Geno? 😁
