QB Survivor: Double-elimination!

And then there were 22… 21

This week’s QB Survivor survey breached the 100-vote mark, eclipsing the number of people who responded to the “Last 4 In” questionnaire. Meaning that this game is only just beginning but already increasing in viewership. Thank you for that!

And vote you did as three members of The Hype Tribe were up for elimination this week and we have a rather resounding result.

First of all, Cameron Rising ended up as the quarterback who you least want to see leave the game of the three. Utah’s Cam Rising is safe.

That brings it down to Miami’s Tyler Van Dyke and Maryland’s Taulia Tagovailoa. With over 50% of the vote to send to the transfer portal, and barely any support to be protected, Taulia Tagovailoa has been eliminated from QB Survivor ‘23.

With this week’s vote, the cast of QB Survivor is whittled down to 22 remaining contestants: Six in the Underdogs, six in the Traits, five in the Hype, and five in the Leaders.

Update: Devin Leary is out for the rest of the season. There is no guarantee if he will return to school for a sixth year or go into the draft, so I will be pulling him from the game. We are down to 21.
