Seahawks 2023 Draft Picks: DEVON WITHERSPOON!

With the fifth pick of the 2023 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks select…Cornerback DEVON WITHERSPOON!

JUST. LIKE. WE. SAID!

Hours ago, I made my final prediction for who the Seahawks would select and though there were seven prospects who had higher odds than Witherspoon to go to Seattle, he just SCREAMED “Seahawks” to me. So that’s who I predicted.

But best of all, the Seahawks got maybe the best FOOTBALL PLAYER in this draft.

It was a little over two weeks ago that I started looking into Devon Witherspoon and I felt he was half-Richard Sherman, half-Kam Chancellor, and half-Gary Payton.

I’ve been laser-locked on Witherspoon ever since. As I said, this is a STUNNING people to most people, but it is the MOST logical when you think about Pete Carroll.
