DO NOT get an Emmanwori or Murphy II jersey. I would prefer to be on of the few that actually has those.

But I have always toyed with a legacy Seahawk jersey, specifically, an Efren Herrera #1.

Back when we had a basketball team, if there was a player I liked, I would get their college jersey, as that will always be relevant.

As a side note, if anyone would like to buy a Kevin Durant Texas Longhorns jersey, a Jeff Green Georgetown Hoyas jersey, a Nick Collison Kansas Jayhawks jersey, or a Danny Fortson Cincinnati Bearcats jersey, let me know.

jk, the Danny Fortson jersey is NOT for sale. But I can sell you a Robert Swift autographed game worn jersey. Long story on that one.

Byron Murphy, Nick Emmanwori, Spoon, Grey Zabel jerseys should fare well.

Throwback jersey #45 for Kenny Easley and member of the Seahawks Top 50 player list, timeless. I have an all most new #3 duck-tap Emmanwori jersey.

Emanwilsonori. Duct tape should do.

I've decided that no matter what new jersey I purchase, I will be also be converting my #3 to duct-tape Emmanwori. An actual Emmanwori jersey would be cool too. I wonder if his jersey sales are suffering simply because Seattleites are typically good recyclers.

I`m surprised nobody offers a sew on name to update all those #3 jerseys. Sounds like a great business opportunity!

Has Sherman been out long enough to be considered throwback?

Sherman, Wagner and Lynch would all be great jerseys that I'd proudly wear today. I can't believe the only one I got from the LOB era was Wilson!

Another option for a jersey is Chris Stoll the Long Snapper. Long Snappers tend to be on a team for a while as long as they do their job..... Snap the ball a long ways.

I've had my Michael Dickson jersey since 2019, had no idea if he would stick with the team, just wanted to be able to scream "Big Dickson Energy!" on good punts while at bars and not get kicked out lol Its beyond paid for itself lol

I considered Dickson a few years back (I think after reading SSJ), but didn't pull the trigger then and feel that I've missed my window for that to be fun. I just can't go long snapper; that's taking my contrarianism too far.

Grant, get a throwback jersey! Jim Zorn #10. Not as good as #11 but it'd stand out for sure! Warren Moon #1 also an option for thin numbers (couldn't think of other Hawks 1's that quickly).

Personally my Christmas present to myself is finally getting a throwback (still the best jerseys in the league!). Considering confusing everyone by putting Martinez #11 on it.

Warren Moon would be really cool! Zorn is a bit too far back for me to throw it.

In the spirit of throwbacks, I'd look at Warner #28 or maybe Johnson #9.

For a high risk/high reward, perhaps Horton #15 or Arroyo #18?

I'm thinking about Arroyo. He's my favorite risk/reward pick. Also, he's why I probably won't consider Barner.

I suspect these guys + Ouzts have some Beastquake in them. I want to see a goal-line trick play using Murphy out of the shnotgun.

Martinez #11 is brilliant.

My suggestion for Grant would be Grey Zabel as my best guess of being a long term Seahawk, plus he is only a rookie.

Zabel might be the guy most likely to still be here is 2035.

I'm go with a Connor O'Toole Jersey as a total wild card choice. Dude played wide receiver in college before switching to DE for a year or two I think...he's just getting warmed up. I asked my kids and they both said Cross 6-7 and then spazzed out. I don't get the world anymore...

Grant's avatar

I hadn't considered the stupid 6-7 thing. I really like Cross and was thinking about that jersey, but now I don't know. This would also be my kids selection without question, so I will not be asking their opinions.

I don’t get the young either. You just have to “roll with it.” I got invited to a Halloween party by my twenty something neighbors. (I live in a high rise) I tried to say no, but they said just stop by, so I did. They don’t do conversations or communicate anything like people from the 20th century. I talked to a few. One of them told me I use a lot of big words. I told her I try to use all my words. Then I slipped out.

I remember my employer one year said there would be no raises due to the economy. Instead the gave me a new title, an award and a dinner with the boss where he picked up the check and told me things would be brighter soon. So… my play for KK is a new fancy title, more money, a longer guaranteed contract. I’m also talking to Kupp about being a player/coach next year (WR coach) and hopefully in a few years he’s the OC. McVey and Kubiak experience and a workaholic make him a good candidate.

Danno, you just read my mail. I was wondering if Kupp could retire, coach, come out of retirement for the playoffs next year…or as needed!

Seattle is becoming a Plum. I'm getting the same vibe from Kupp and Earl Jones. Good Call on Kupp going to coaching with us. Close to home is a big boost.

Exactly, best situation for Kupp. Stay near home and keep doing something he loves. He works so hard and studies all the time preparing to play. He can be an awesome coach. He’s basically an assistant WR coach right now.

Not sure it would be "slimming" but I'm going with Byron Murphy the second. He may still be playing in 2040.

Wow that sounds like a long time from now.

OK Grant…I’m gonna suggest Ouzts for a jersey. It’s what ALL the cool kids are wearing this season!

Of course I’m recommending that because I played fullback and wore #40 in high school (go Hornets!)
