I love this draft class. Probably would have picked a few different players, but I'm thrilled with the positions they filled and who they filled them with. High ceilings across the board. Huge potential talent to build on for the future!

I'm not knowledgeable enough to have opinions about these picks based on what I've seen of them. I simply like the fact they drafted the most highly rated guys available at positions of need when each pick rolled around. No reaches. No picks that make on scratch their head and pray.

I'm perfectly fine with no QB. Wouldn't have minded picking up a C and a kicker. Perhaps among the UDFAs.

We'll know in a few years if this was a good draft. At this point I'm as satisfied as possible. Envious of the Jets and Giants. Those guys seemed to clean up. But given where we sat on the board, I think we did well.

My advice for the last few picks is show out really well on special teams and you could have an NFL career. All in all I think this was a good draft with some projects later on.

I was very surprised and happy to get a right and left tackle. These two players both have great futures if they pick up the run game in a hurry, they will be good year one starters.

Kenneth Walker lll was my pick for best in class runningback. With his stumpy height and packing 211 pounds he will be a tough tackle. The only thing that disappointed me, was many of these well paid pundents saying this was a bad pick. Are they so weak on their team knowledge or have they just fallen into the lazy narrative that you should never take a runninback before round 5. I can't think of a single Super Bowl winner that didn't have an above average back. This is a skill position that needs the mindset of a boxing champion. Walker 3 is well above average and if he can run some routes and catch passes watch out. Does anybody know how good he is in pass blocking ???

I think most Seahawks fans (and especially your Seasiders (or are we Joes?)) are going to be happy with this draft. They didn't get cute. They got good value (based on most pre-draft ranking). They attempted to fill needs.

I wonder if they will be targeting Strong or Coen as UDFA. Maybe they're happy enough with Lock and Geno, but I would think they still want a rookie QB for the practice squad at least.

By the time the draft gets past round 3, I have no idea about the quality of individual players. I am going to use the excuse that living in canada makes me weak on college players. So I am very grateful for your honest appraisal of the late pick guys

This draft was better than anything I could have hoped for. I hoped that they would get a good player at 9 and then the trading games would start and they would be picking a bunch of hole filling losers like usual. But they made good picks in second and third. Couldn’t believe they picked Lucus. Great pick! Was so ecstatic at that point I didn’t care what they did after that.

From Woolen on down there is potential for special teams. Woolen, Melton and Young could make the team as gunners. BTW, for me, the one that got away was Perrion Winfry taken by the Browns at number 108.

WR Dareke Young's 136" broad jump puts him in rare company. On google only one WR made that level. Another site said that in an earlier year the player with a 136" BJ was the #4 overall pick. Going so late, Mr. Young won't mind all of the runs he may be asked to do. Good Fortune to this young man and all of the other Seahawks picks.

2-tackles, quality RB & surging OLB/Edge and some good to progressing CB with no real head scratchers by Pete/John. Successful draft with draft capital for next year to go get our next QUALITY long term QB. With Carson health still unknown, Walker was a great get and fit. I wish him well in his Seahawks career. Welcome young man.

I liked the Seahawks draft. First 5or6 players are good to very good fits for Seahawks system. Tariq Woolen, he might be a project, but one thing that is hard to teach, pure speed (4.26 40yd) is first step to being a quality player. It might just work out. Go Hawks.

Tariq and Dareke - both rhyme with FREAK!

~6'3" and they run 4.3eeks!

< Tyreke not as much, but it's clear what JS / PC SEEK >

Champions do Both - Take the Confirmed wins as well as Take the calculated chance. This draft did Not include my personal #1 choice for value (David Ojabo - 5 fumbles to go with All those sacks - come on!), nevertheless getting Legit on the Offensive Line is Awesome - as good or better than I had hoped - the MSU RB will turn out to be a Kill-shot - a Compact back who runs with DK speed - YES! Mafe and Bryant were Each winning picks - Thank goodness we did Not draft another back-up QB, we already have 3 and NONE of those available are starters - Then the end of the draft guys each are intriguing - PCJS are in their element. Just agreeing with Jodie Allen :)

Young is a twofer RB/WR, my money is on him making the team over the others.

1. LOOKING FORWARD to 1s vs 2s , METCALF vs WOOLEN . NOT as much DB vs WR ( WOOLEN will get owned ) BUT a couple 6'4" 4.33 VS 4.26 TRACK MEETS ( 2 Olympic try-outs? )

2. MAYOWA & TAYLOR vs LUCAS and CROSS doing MATCH-UP drills would feel like STEEL hardening STEEL

3. Will ESKRIDGE come off rookie injury REDSHIRT as well as TAYLOR?

4. With OC and OL coach in UNISON will we see more REAL TEMPO and QUICK RELEASE ( Only saw it in the INDY game last year ) that even a BELOW AVG QB like GOFF ran well ?

5. Will the NEW DEFENSIVE STAFF return the FAMOUS mandatory KICK-STEP ?

6. Will the NEW DEFENSE run more HEAVY NICKEL with your two best BALL-HAWKING safeties ( DIGGS and NEAL ) frustrating DEEP BALL QBs with box safety ( ADAMS ) patrolling the line ?

7. Consultant COACH SHERM for tall rookie CBs in the future ? ( Or is he still coaching up Tampa CBs ? )

-------ALL-IN-ALL , 2022 looks to be a FUN YEAR
