Vision confirmed @ the half for DK. KUDOS!

This is not a good time for DK to break out. Geno is throwing to him WAY too much. I don’t know if Shane Waldron is drawing up all those passes or if Geno just has a DK addiction. In this game I think DK’s greatest value may be as a decoy. Shane Waldron has to inject some creativity into the game plan. Did you notice how much better they played w/the hurry-up offense at the start of the second half?

Here is my vision...or it could be a 60's flashback. Seattle is pretty much the laughing stock going into this game. Really on the NFL Access program, in the Dallas blogs, ESPN. It's almost like a Seattle blowout is a foregone conclusion. If I were the Seattle players and coaches I would be using this. Could this be a trap game for Dallas? After seeing what the 49ers and Ravens did and the last minute loss to the Rams and the way that Dallas is playing right now (lights out) they have to feel pretty confident going into tonight.

We Joe's know that Seattle has not had a complete game all season. They have not lived up to the potential they have on this roster. Geno might be due for a his early 2022 version of himself. Seattle has nothing to lose pulling out all the stops this week.

Here's my vision:

Seattle keeps it close with Dallas and even open up an early lead. Seattle finally plays the game we have been waiting to see and catches Dallas a little off guard and frustrates Dak some. Seattle limits Dallas's running game. Seattle finds their running game. Abe brings continuity to the O-Line w/Peter's getting work at guard. Geno gets rid of the ball quickly using TE and Backs up field. JSN and Locket have big games and big plays. There is a Bobo sighting for a crucial play in the game. Seattle doesn't turn the ball over and doesn't make stupid penalties.

Defensively Seattle gets two turnovers. The whole secondary steps up. The front seven surprises even the Joe's.

Caroll brings McCarthy Deja Vu of the 2015 NFC Championship Game acid reflux aftermath.

So there you are. Now I'm off to Emerald Downs to bet on a 100:1 shot. The payoff would be the same either way.

Here's my drunken vision board (although I'm not drunk or even drinking):

1) Geno's elbow flairs up and he has to exit game. Here comes Lock.

2) Lock throws three TD's and one interception.

3) Charbs runs for over 100 yards, has 150 yards in total offense, and scores twice.

4) Spoon has another pick six.

5) Seahawks win by 10.

Okay...time to start drinking. Oh wait...I'm still at work.

Latest post so posting here. Grayson doesn’t appear to be entering the draft he just announced he’s entering the transfer protocol. So looks like another year before opportunity to join Hawks.

It's a tough one. We won't likely win a shootout, so we need to win the time of possession battle. If we're ever going to change our fortunes on 3rd down, this is the game to do it. I envision no negative yardage plays, zero pre-snap penalties, more short targets to JSN/Bobo/Fant/Charbs on offense. If the game is close at halftime, we'll be able to take more shots in the second half. Charbonnet has his best game, because our o-line has their best game. What a difference an Abe makes.

I do like the positive tilt to the vision boards, always makes them a fun read (plus movies). Unfortunately TNF games are always too late for me to watch live, despite having Prime anyway. So i'm just hoping for the kind of game that's worth catching up on during work on Friday (phone hidden under computer monitor, wireless earphone in, pretending i'm working hard), and not a total dud like the 49ers game.

Vision: Pollard & Ferguson combine for 4 TDs & over 200yds (for my fantasy team), whilst following Petes comments JSN pops off his own 200yd game (also for my fantasy team) and Charbs pounds out 3 TD's to fix our redzone malaise (also for my fantasy team) [ok, less visions and more fantasy hopes, but boy would that be a game!]

I am sick of watching the OLine get their lunch money stolen on run plays, so am anxiously visioning good things for Abe’s knee. Just hoping to see him and Big Ant do some pancaking on the right side of the line and Charbs waving as he skips on by.

We have nothing to go on but for the underdog to find its self-respect and surprise the overdog that thinks it's going to steamroll a pretender.

Good to see all the positive vibes. Encourages me to break my rule again and risk personal psychological breakdown by watching the game live. But every positive thought counts. Gonna have to throw long and high, like those old Russell passes, to get my vibes over the Rockies and down into the dome. I see our O-line stepping up and Zach crunching through and taking linebackers with him. I see a multitude of quick safe passes and a pump fake or two from Geno to help free up DK or JSN or even Jake for the bombs. I see Kenny McIntosh with two TDs. One for DK. One for Tyler. One for JSN. One for Jake. Is six enough? How bout another pick six for Jordyn? I see that look on McCarthy's face like he forgot to take his Benefiber. I have nothing against the Cowboys. But they're in our way. Go Hawks!

I've had the feeling for about three weeks that the Seahawks would upset the 'Boys. I haven't felt that way about any of the other top teams on their schedule. Lets hop my feelings are correct.

Me too, Charlie. Our focus on DK has become the one thing Pete needs to go away from. With just a bit of success making him a decoy on offense, our Guys will wake up and decide their opponent isn't living up to the hype. Get Dallas on their heels, then put them down. Arizona did it. We can do it.

The Seahawks, if they are to win, will have to do two things: possess the ball for long stretches and score on those drives, and get quick outs/turnovers on D.

So, with Pete's comments about the game plan in mind I am going to envsison (and not for the first time I might add) 150+ yards on the ground split between K9 and Charbs, including 2 TDs. Total RB yards will be over 200 with passing yards added in.

The TEs will be very active as well, with 100 yards and 1 TE between Uncle Will, Fant, and Parkinson.

On D... a Witherspoon INT and a Bobby strip sack recovered by Reed will be the featured plays. The D holds Dallas to under 300 total yards and 2 TDs.

So with K9 'doubtful' for the game, maybe it is Charbs and ... McIntosh!

Unfortunately I think this game begins and ends with Abe Lucas, and I say unfortunately because it's not remotely clear what Lucas' physical condition is or how well he's going to play in his first game back since WK 1. But the offensive line has been giving up insane pressure rates of 40% off the right tackle for weeks and there's been no way to run off Right Tackle for a LONG time, so either Lucas is back and this offensive line is no longer a festering wound on the right side or he's not 100% and the right side is just less of a disaster than it's been.

Geno still has to get over the yips he's been having for weeks now and deliver accurate passes and read the defense. so Lucas at 100% or not, there's a lot to be seen here. And a defense stacked with talent young and old will actually have to stand up to the Cowboys offense, and that also remains to be seen.

But I'm going to be positive yet again this week and say yes, Lloyd, there is indeed a chance.

Pete said Geno needs to get the ball out quick, which sounds like a lot of TE shots over the middle with JSN and Tyler bolting a bit deeper behind them. Send DK deep every time until they relax his coverage, as he doesn't have the scrap or hands to fight for middle shots. When the SHTF, Geno needs to know where Tyler is going. I'm not at all confident he can make a deep scramble toss, though.

When I saw A Time to Will I was as worried your vision was about Dissly. 😰

But Leonard Williams? That’s a mighty fine vision.

I’ve decided to spend the rest of the season channeling my inner Alfred E. Neuman. I’m gonna watch with the attitude of “what, me worry?”

Awesome visions -- and I learned last week it doesn’t matter to be right on “ugly visions”. Pessimism leads nowhere if you aren’t in charge and can do what you’d do differently

Better to be a fan! And I agree your vision would be the ticket, totally. Go Hawks!!
