The big question in my mind, why is no one considering the backup QB Geno Smith for starting QB until they decide who they really want to lead the team forward?? I thought Geno did a great job in the few games he stepped in for Wilson while he healed. Am I missing something ??

He did a bad job and the offense was extremely hard to watch except for when he played literally the worst team in the NFL.

Rashaad Penny, I have see anywhere from $3.5 million to over $12 Million a year. I hope he gets all the money he can: I'm always on the athletes side, well 90% of the time. My feelings have not changed since the end of the season. I feel Penny should be paid the same amount as Carson about $6.5 million a year for two years. Carson's contract is for 4 years but the last two are void years. Finally the question, do you think Penny will sign for $6.5 million or are their (teamS) that will pay $2 to $3 million more. "do you think Penny will sign for $6.5 million or are their (teamS) that will pay $2 to $3 million more" - Always keep in mind that there might always be a team that "will pay" more than anyone would have predicted. Tuesday's Christian Kirk news is great evidence of that. Melvin Gordon signed a two-year, $16 million contract in 2020. It's not crazy to suggest that Rashaad Penny could at least match that. But the Seahawks are in the greatest position to overpay Penny and I predict that they will be signing him.

Your buddy either works for an NFL team and is breaking news, or messing with you.
