Has PCJS ever been this active in free agency before? Thanks for all the updates.

Pretty sure Bush has been an ILB for the steelers, not an edge rusher like Nwosu or Taylor...

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the detail coverage for us in Hawk nation. This is the most pre-draft activity that I can recall for several years! It's as if we are experiencing a pre draft Draft! Oh how fun this is!

Always good to have a couple flier signings. Hopefully the price reflects accordingly. I like the offseason so far, couple key signings in areas of need, couple flier signings as well, and we go into the draft being able to draft flexibly based on how the board falls.

Oh I like this one! Bush has all the tools if they can be applied effectively.

Wouldn't mind defaulting to a 3-3-5, that's more a 3-Safety set of Diggs roaming zone coverage deep (his strength), Adams being let loose to play on the front foot in support of the LBs, and Neal doing a bit of a mix with Bryant also being set a little free to target the ball from a Nickel position (if/when Adams gets hurt Neal can be that hard hitter, even better if we did draft Skinner! But also if we got Ji'Ayir instead of Skinner he's a guy that loves to move and hit as well). - Basically, bring back the Legion of Boom style of defence that's aggressive, targets the ball, and loves to get stuck in (which Bush would seem to fit into, and maybe PC's more upbeat and energetic coaching style will reinvigorate him).

Anyone have an update on the Hawk's current cap situation? I'm curious to see where they're at. With all these free agent signings I can't help but think they're going to try to trade some draft capital this season for a first rounder next year.

Per Overthecap, and pre-Bush details being announced (so including Evan Brown signing) - Current Total Cap Space $17.4mil. Effective Cap Space (Total Cap minus Draft allocation) $7.7mil [Got to love Overthecap, always display things nice and clearly]

So read that as - space to bring in Bush for sure. Room to work with to add BWags. No pressing need to shift draft capital to the future. And of course unlike some teams our Cap in future years is also healthily set-up and not heavily mortgaged for immediate success.

Leave some dang room for potential rookie starters. I mean it, gosh darn it.
