Yeah, there is a good argument that the Seahawks should have run the ball and Pete’s reasoning for the call will never satisfy most, but what if Seattle’s chance of scoring from the 1 wasn’t 81% but instead 91% or 95%? Almost 100%?
Take it out of the past and into the present:
If THE 2024 SEAHAWKS had 2nd-and-Goal from the 1 against a stout defensive line, would YOU have confidence in Seattle’s offensive line being able to gain a yard against a Super Bowl-quality defense?
