Looks like PC/JS are following the MO that built the Superbowl roster before. By continuing to churn the bottom of the roster, John Schneider remains focused. Do you think a trade for ILB depth is forthcoming or is Jamal Adams going to be a Deathbacker all year?
No linebackers? It's clearly the weakest position on the roster. Could this mean we'll be using a lot more formations that have Adams as a default linebacker and Brooks as the only true ILB on the field? Even if that's true, do you really want Nick Bellore as the next man up? Buddy Johnson was cut by the Steelers, is only 23, and is a bit of a physical freak. Eric Wilson's speed was second only the Hassan Reddick in his draft class. Kana’i Mauga, a USC alum, has been signed to the Denver practice squad. Finally, Jarrard Davis, cut by Detroit, was the 21st overall pick in 2017. Given he's played in Detroit and for the Jets, it seems like he'd be worth a look on a good team. He's still only 27.
Maybe the team just feels like with Brooks and Barton, they don't need to panic immediately, and then they put in some claims, and they didn't come to fruition. Who knows. Maybe they tried trades. Who knows. But if they don't like anyone, and we know how improbable it is for cut players to be very good, Seattle may not want to force it just because the depth sucks. Changes are on the way for sure.
With John Reid down, Justin Coleman back, Tre Brown on PUP, Dunn probably only on the roster for a week or two...I suspect this CBs group will just look a lot different midseason. Probably at least 2 of the current CBs will be off the team by October?

Wait, so the Jets have two Michael Carters, a Bryce Hall and a Breece Hall?
Big nickel all day every day

Those are interesting names.
I'm guessing JS is looking at them.
Plus, linebackers often make good special team guys as they have size as speed.
Insider linebacker is an important position in the 3-4
But no ILB additions? That is surprising to me. I wouldn't have thought the Seahawks would go after another CB... is Pete becoming a hoarder?

Dunn sounds good. Johnson more like just a guy. But we'll see...
