I was on this guy early as a Mike Mac chess piece, but then read about attitude issues and came off of him. I’m sure they’ve done their due diligence on him, so maybe that info was bogus draft bull.
In a draft that supposedly had few true round 1 talents, pretty cool that JS thinks he got two. Love all of the picks so far.
Loved the bold move to trade up when it happened. Imo the start of day two is a great position, you have the whole day to sort it out and make a smart decision.
Two months ago I wrote his name on a sticky note and placed it on the side table next to my recliner and told my wife to remember this name. It wasn't the 1st round but WooHoo! Trade up baby!
If the Seahawks had not added a 2 and 3 in trades this year, they probably do not get Nick Emmanwori. The DK and Geno trades and returns allowed JS to trade for Emmanwori when he probably would have just sat tight otherwise and missed out on him.
Maybe he can be the player they hoped Rayshawn Jenkins would have been. There's no one like this guy on our roster, so let's see what MM can do with him. I envision him lining up everywhere!
