The Seattle Seahawks enter their first week of practice with pads starting on Monday, followed by the annual mock game at “Football Fest” on Friday, August 4th. Then less than a week later, on August 10th, the Seahawks host the Minnesota Vikings in the first preseason game of the year.

There hasn’t been much information to come out of camp yet, but we know a few things that we didn’t know before…Jarran Reed is playing nose tackle; Zach Charbonnet and Ken Walker didn’t practice as much as we would have hoped; Seattle feels uneasy at linebacker; and depth at cornerback is vitally necessary.

I have five key questions and storylines going into this week of training camp, as the title suggests, so this bonus post for Regular Joes will dive into those on Sunday morning.
