Apparently, the AZ Cardinals ran (#3 overall pick) Jeremiyah Love 14 times in the first half of their game against the LV Raiders and he suffered a high ankle sprain. It's not that one thing directly caused the other, but damn, why'd they do that? He won't be fully recovered by week two of the regular season. You gotta love MM and the medical staff in Seattle. This is one more reason some franchises just kind of suck.

I wasn’t thrilled with the game against Dallas, but I’m not worried. We saw a lot of guys fighting to make the practice squad. We saw a “project” QB struggle, while also looking better than last year. We saw a first time OC call his first game and a DC call a game that usually goes to MM. We saw plenty of “teachable moments”, but no big injuries. Bring on Tennessee!

Great line: The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

I've never heard of the Asylum movie channel before. That is so odd. Who is watching that? Why would anyone spend an ounce of energy making it? I'm sure it all comes down to somehow profiting off of disinformation, but I'll never understand this kind of thing. Someone out there is choosing to use their talents to produce that, instead of trying to cure cancer or something. This is what makes me feel old (and I'm only 46).

>"... somehow profiting off of disinformation..."< You obviously haven't seen their other outlet: Read NFL.com's analysis of Ty Simpson's preseason debut. You'd have thought Simpson was walking on water rather than facing KC's 4th-string defense. 🥸

For those that are reading the comments. I came across this on X but it is reposted off X. It is the details of the Terrion Arnold legal case, such as they are known. Down a bit in the post is a graphic with the details.

Wow so I see you've had some of the same formative professional experience I have, eh Joe? 😅

The reason I didn’t mention Chenna is that I’m fairly certain he won’t be re-signed until after the season. He won’t be cheap. I had hoped someone would step up from all the edges in camp. So far that has not been the case, although I only say that from what I read. If Fowler works, he could get another deal probably for far less than Chenna. I will probably be predicting an edge in round -1 again this year (27). maybe the third time is the charm. I can see a world where Hall gets 65% at one end, and a round one rookie gets 50%, Fowler gets 40% and someone steps up for remaining 40%. WE’ve spent a lot of cash, and we have Darnold, Barner and Murphy who are going to be big number players. I’m not sure I see Chenna if he goes for over $20+ million APY
