That's quite an endorsement for a young guy, but also adds to my point he's kind of Marshawn type tough guy that the Hawks need. He's a tone setter, and that guy that DBs have to think about. I'm usually cheap on my 'sign 'em' takes, but not for this guy. Give him his money, let's get him going.
I liked 'Football Club'. It puts the emphasis on the city. I've often wished there was some sort of reduction of salary cap hit for players who have lived in the area for which they play.
DK truly does have an advantage over the highly talented McLaurin, he is 3 years younger. As you rightfully point out DK will likely get to negotiate an even bigger contract three years down the road barring injuries. DK has said all the righ things, including that he felt Seahawk fans were his family.
DK is a gritty performer, and I can see him running a lot more crossing routes, the same routes Megatron and Jerry Rice racked up so much yardage.
Call it a rebuild or don't DK is the exact player you want to build your franchise with. He is the right age , he has exceptional God given talent and he has honestly in deered himself to teammates management and most Seahawk fans including me. Just get it done before training camp
