Vision Board: Seahawks-Giants
Tyler Lockett, Dre'Mont Jones, and Jordyn Brooks will breakout on Monday night: Seaside Joe 1675
In last week’s Vision Board against the Panthers, I dreamt of:
Hold Andy Dalton to under 180 yards and no touchdowns
Boye Mafe has 1.5 sacks and three pressures
Jake Bobo makes an unforgettable cameo
To borrow a phrase from refs, I would have to say that my visions for Mafe and Bobo were “clear and obvious”. Mafe had one sack and three pressures, Bobo caught a touchdown pass to seal the win.
But Dalton had double the number of yards and two touchdowns.
That gives me two out of three for the second week in a row and a full season Visions total of:
4.5/9
(Last week, I accidentally wrote 2.5/5 for the year instead of 2.5/6)
I can see clearer now, my visions aren’t wrong. Or at least, not as wrong as asking for eight sacks against Matthew Stafford.
What to expect on Monday Night Football against the New York Giants? Since the Seahawks are playing in New Jersey this week, and because Seaside Jay just watched season one of “The Sopranos” for the first time, I thought it the perfect opportunity to use Tony and his crew as the inspiration for this week’s Visions. (Season one only because I don’t want Jay to see any spoilers.)
