The Wilson articles started instantly at the end of the season for the Hawks. My first thought was how much traffic it gave the authors last off-season was being revisited for a second round and hoped it would backfire.
I'm more concerned about seeing D K Metcalf possibly leave. As much as I like Wilson, I really do get tired of the drama around him. When does his $140M contract come to an end and is he worth keeping that level of income when it's a given that he will want a big raise next round of negotiations.
2 years remaining but it seems evident that this whole thing will blow up in 2023 if the Seahawks aren't in the Super Bowl or feeling very, very close to it.

I fully expect DK Metcalf to sign a massive extension this summer.
Definitely could happen in 2023 but he won't be negotiating his deal before then.
