I think Tre Brown got better as the night went on. His blown coverage gave the Cowboys their 1st TD, and he may, or may not, have gotten away with illegal contact on that INT (I thought so, but I didn't see the replay and someone else commented that he was just standing his ground, either way, glad it wasn't called). But, he looked better than Jackson. Mike Jack did not look good. Like another Seasider commented last week, he did seem to not have the quickness to keep tight to his assignments; in man, especially. Middle LB play was spotty. O'Connell played pretty well, I thought, but Rhattigan and BBK were chasing plays from behind, too much. Devin Bush did OK for his little time played, but he doesn't jump off the screen. Mafe does! Wow! He was problems.

Overall, I feel better than last week, but not comfortable, yet. Still need better tackling.

What did y'all think?

Following along with SSJ's 'as I see if'.....As I see it, if Spoon gets healthy (pretty please get healthy!), both Brown and Jackson may be watching from the sideline quite a bit. It's nice to know you've got two capable players behind him, but I'd be surprised if Jackson or Brown are overall better options. Although, Pete seems pretty loyal to Jackson, so that would be a touch call for him I think.

D Hall is coming. He just needs time, that's all. But he's coming. He will make plays this season. Mistakes too no doubt, but big plays are coming like a freight train. The guy just looks like a warrior.
