You managed to reference both Family Matters and Step By Step in a single short post. Bravo 👏👏👏

It would be a good game for the players who are playing really well, but don’t have the gaudy stats, to get theirs. Spoon and Murphy would top that list for me. J Reed as well. 24-17 Seahawks.

If we get out of that accursed stadium with no serious injuries I'll be happy.

Our Defense should be able to communicate better with the crowd quieting for their offense-advantage defense. Chenna will be Chenna, this time needing to re-establish his dominant play-advantage defense. They have yet to FEEL what Sataoa brings, along with dancing better with the other Big Guys-advantage offense. Grubb should be hyper-focused on finally getting some cohesive play from his OLine, loosing the Dogs as he is proven to do-advantage offense. I expect we will have a front seat for things we haven't yet seen, all in keeping with how a great Coach would want at this crucial period in the season, AKA 4th quarter. Now we get to see what has been kept in reserve. The Tuesday focus sessions for our opponents are about to get very long.

Don't know what is going to happen , no one does -But I foresee a better running game than anyone (By Seattle ) is expecting. If The Hawks can contain KM again and keep his runs to a minimum they will win this game! I expect a bit of a different O game plan , Just slightly different on plays/runs from under center and mis-direction runs. We shall see. I believe they are starting to see some start on the right with Sataoa and Lucas being back, a place to go.

IF the Seahawks are going to beat the Cards it is going to take a much better effort (and results) from the offensive side of the ball. The D has been scoring points but that can’t be counted on. I expect the Cards to put up more than 6 tomorrow and I think Geno and Co will need at least 24 for a victory. That hasn’t happened in a while. Could this be the game where the Seahawks get all three phases in sync? Let’s hope so!

I envision a clean game that we win. If not, then I want an old-fashioned, dirty, gritty - perhaps even lucky - game that we WIN. I'm envisioning it right now. Don't let Kyler Murray think he's really an NFL caliber player. He's not. Somebody remind him.

My hope is that Grubb and the O line find a way to force the Cardinal to play run defense . Don’t really care who caring the ball but the Hawks need 80-100 yards on the ground to win Sunday.

Lately, it does seem the only way we could have success on the ground would be if the Stanford Cardinal defense was on the field against us. Agreed.

I'll take you up on the random observation invitation, SSJ:

Looking at how fast our Special Team's fumbling kick returners found new homes does not speak well for the coaching from young Harbaugh. Kinda looks fishy to me, with the way these guys were snapped up right away. Grown men can be finicky when it comes to who they take orders from. Harbaugh just doesn't strike me as a guy who instills the growly fierceness needed to bash out an extra 10 yards, much less a TD. (Ahem...DJ Dallas) Dee Williams simply looked terrified to me on every kickoff. Shenault looked like a guy trying too hard to make something happen among a group needing that 'something' they are not getting from the coaching. Which begs the question: What was DJ Dallas so pissed about after getting sent to Az?

I hate losing K9s big play ability but we do get a more steady back with Charbs. Hes going to hit the hole and probably better in short yardage.

Having said that … time to let Grubb and Geno cook mixed with a little Charbs.

Do Not expect the hold these guys under 20 points. Go out there and take it to them.

Charbs strikes me as a guy more likely to follow his blockers, whereas K9 tends to pull the trigger on juking to where his instincts lead him, according to the older Pro's Roberts and Schlereth. Tomorrow we will see how well our Big Guys are developing after some promising play in last week's second half. I can understand how Grubb will want an honest assessment performed according to how it was drawn up. Something is off and finger pointing won't solve it. Get some hard bashing Journeyman play and save K9's magic for later. My bet is we shall finally see our Running Game emerge: Charbs gets 100+...

Between comments here and Ken's amazing insights, I concluded MacD was going to be a phenomenal 1st year Coach. I enjoy placing one bet per Season, so when I saw Vegas set the over/under odds at 7.5 winning games for our Hawks, I knew I'd found my bet. Had I gone with that, I'd now be collecting my winnings. Instead, I went with 2 bets when I got there. The first was Seattle making the playoffs, then I thought, WTH, and bet they get there by winning our Division. Looks like the second bet will be the only way The West gets there, with the Wild Cards going to the East. Ho Gawks!

Listened to a great podcast with Hawk Blogger and Criff - earlier. They Broke down Grubb and the O-line - First off PFF rated Sataoa poorly, which first quarter and a bit, probably true. But he improved greatly as the game went on. Film proves that! Rewatched the game and it was a very good improvement from from first half to second and even into improvement into the 4th quarter. Been calling for him and lets see if I'm right . Looks good so far !

That would be incredible and absolutely sign me up!

But also, I would be very happy with 1st down run plays that can get 4 yards. Just run plays that keep the offense on track without negative plays. 2nd and 8 get 3-4 yards etc.

And I think they can do that. 🤞

In career Charbs starts for K9, he has under 4yds/att avg. If he gets 4yds on 1st down plays, he'll be having the best game of his so-far short career. It's a taller ask than most are thinking from what i've seen. Let's hope! 🤞

Fair callout!

Wrote it and immediately wanted to edit it. Meant to say 2-4. I see Charbs as a guy more likely to follow the play design and get whats there and K9 as more of a home run hitter that will lose 2 yards or go for 5-10.

FYI has been stated just a bit ago as NOT playing so Zach is the guy. Defense going to have to find away to contain Murray again. Once that is good game prep. Second time around the Cards OC prepping differently. Hope Coach Frazier able to prep the guys well.

Byron Murphy II and Jarran Reed get sacks. Cards concentrating on Leonard Williams affords opportunities.

Time for a Witherspoon pick 6.

Geno 3 passing TDS.

May the 12s be with you and Go Seahawks!

Re three passing TDs, we can hope. The offense hasn’t put more than twenty points on the board since Week 7 in Atlanta. Maybe they are due.
