Well you are on a different plane than me. I know that you can’t say bomb on a plane (Meet the Fockers) and hopefully our Seahawks won’t bomb like some of the aforementioned movies.
Averaging 3rd and 9.5 yards to go is really not good. Negative plays happen, but penalties don't have to. We could blame the refs, but we could also stop doing things that make them throw yellow flags in the air.
Years ago, I saw the movie "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" on a plane, back in the day when a single screen was mounted in each aisle at the front of the section you sat in. It contains a scene in which the Enterprise (and the audience) endures a very scary, bumpy POV ride, due to an attack in which evasive action was needed and the deflector shields took major hits. This scene occurred at the exact same time when the plane itself experienced some pretty strong turbulence. Obviously that concurrence of fantasy and aviation reality made quite a lasting impression on me.
And no, the Hawks have not found their identity yet. That needs to happen ASAP.
Argylle has a really interesting first 30mins & concept, and then is a dumpster fire - you're missing nothing by not watching it.
Planes, or Trains. Train movies & scenes are also amazing. There's something about the narrow restricted space, in constant motion that lends itself to creating success & enjoyment.
Narrow, restricted space, and constant motion creating success & enjoyment... just like being able to run the ball to open up deep short passes, and put pressure on the opposing QB, shutdown secondary - three things we're doing well so far that we lacked horribly in the decidedly un-entertaining last few seasons. Now if we can add a proper trash talking figurehead, a la Jackson, we're getting back to those LOB days when entertainment levels were off the charts.
Also i love Non-Stop! Oh that movie is so fun and totally ridiculous. Liam Neeson in small spaces is a win. Like, The Commuter, his "Non-Stop on a Train" movie that so many people skipped but is terrific.
Just for my information. This D. Hall chart is sorted by grade and he had 23 RDef snaps in Week 2 against the Patriots and 20 combined in weeks 1 and 3. Or am I wrong?
Not that it really matters but I have this inner Monk that keeps telling me to ask.
I really hope Murph and Leo are back soon, although it's probably too much to hope that they are back against Detroit. Hammie and Ribs (sounds like a Swiss Chalet combo) are usually slow healing areas. Hopefully they are back for San Fran at least.
Getting Chenna back would be a definite boost. Whether this week or next. No sense in rushing him if the knee is not 100%, or close to it.
I'm not worried about the game this week. I think we'll battle with Detroit, and win or lose it will set us up for the remainder of the year. Win and we'll have a sense how good we can be against a legit contender. Lose, and we'll have the roadmap for the steps we need to take, and then we'll be ready for anybody.
What an awesome season. Really enjoying watching the team evolve.
What about a boat? Both have you trapped somewhere that raises the stakes... though I suppose it's easier to get rescued from a boat. What about a Chilean mine?

May the 12s be with you and Go Seahawks!
I’m sorry, I can’t imagine Frodo’s adventure including a plane. And planes weren’t invented in the time of Gladiator or Braveheart so…..
This week is our first real test as I see it. It’s gonna be interesting. Let’s hope they all bring their A game.
Lord of the Rings featured a very important plane! It was just a big bird in that place.
lol 😂
Gladiators on a plane?? Sign me up NOW, bro!

Yeah, penalties are a great point, I didn't think to add that distinction.

And here I thought you were going to write that movies are better when you're IN a plane and have no choice but to watch them!
When I was a kid, two most exciting places to see a movie felt like a plane or the hotel. They always got them before they hit the video store.
DEE Eskridge !
"The Seahawks essentially gave Miami their longest play of the day when they released Dee Eskridge last month."
"Yeah, we got this game in hand. Let's give our former DEE one big play." "KO!"
Heard that LaPorta has a low ankle sprain and he is going to be listed as questionable, but could quite possibly play.

Train to Busan is well worth a watch
That's a great movie. Great setting!
You can't go wrong with movie scenes were a train gets robbed by people from a plane.
This post made me want to see Non-Stop again. And now I have to see The Commuter.
Spoon = Samuel Jackson

LOVE Monk!
Good question.

Money Plane should go on your watchlist, it is terrible but definitely fits into the "things happening on a plane" genre you just invented.

Maybe a Chilean boat that's mine?
