What’s been your favorite mock pick for the Seahawks so far?
Seaside Joe's ready to make a prediction and Daniel Jeremiah's final mock analysis: 4/24/2024
I have made my prediction for what the Seattle Seahawks do in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft and it is…going to be in the newsletter on Thursday morning. Make sure you are a SUBSCRIBER to not miss it and there’s plenty of content in recent days to keep you busy like the 2020 draft rewind, John Schneider’s interesting connection to “Play like a Raven”, Things I don’t think about the Seahawks draft plans, positional needs on offense and on defense, plus trade down and trade up scenarios for Seattle, plus 5 perfect pairs in a day 1/2 mock draft. And that’s just a fraction of what was posted in the past two weeks alone, so let’s just make this as quick and painless as it can possibly be since 98% of what I write is just about the Seahawks:
I’m asking at the end of this draft cycle and into the next era of Seahawks football after this weekend to consider joining the premium Regular Joes or Super Joes club this week, but then for those of you who have already joined and just want some more content I’ll post a few mock draft thoughts after the break.
Some people believe that reading news and information about your favorite sports is a dead artform, but if you’re here right now that can’t possibly be the case for you and the Seattle Seahawks.
If you’re a free subscriber to Seaside Joe and you’ve read maybe 50 or 100 or even 500 free articles about the Seahawks in the past year, then isn’t the eve or the day of the draft the perfect opportunity to say, “Yeah, I guess the time I’ve spent reading this newsletter for free is worth $5.”
If you’ve spent 1,000 minutes reading Seaside Joe during the 2024 draft cycle, call it 10 minutes a day for the past 100 days, then $5 would mean it cost you .02 cents per minute of Seahawks information and entertainment. Because Seaside Joe writes 40-50 articles per month during the year, that’s .10 cents per article and if you sign up for the full year right now at $55, not only will you be getting a monthly discount, you’ll already be paid in full for the 2025 draft cycle.
Most writers would promise you something like that and under-deliver, but Seaside Joe has over five years of evidence (1,880 consecutive days of Seahawks content) to give you a peace of mind that the flow of Seahawks newsletters will not slow down or end in the next 12 months. If you are a free subscriber or you are already paying $5 per month and believe the newsletter is worth $10 per month, you can click here to sign up or upgrade to Super Joes or enter your e-mail in the box below:
I’ve said it before, but the average Substack writer posts maybe 4-8 times per month at most. Seaside Joe posts at least once per day and usually 10-15 bonus articles per month. The average Substack newsletter has a paid member rate of 3-5%, but Seaside Joe has an average paid member rate of 22%. Why such a significant increase? Because a) Seahawks fans show up and b) You know you’re getting what you’re paying for and then some.
You also know that Seaside Joe is re-investing into the newsletter, including the time and money spent on this month’s giveaway of the Devon Witherspoon ‘W’ glasses to five subscribers as a show of appreciation for your support. If you’re a free subscriber, then THANK YOU, you are appreciated too, but consider coming on the other side of the line instead of always being on this side of the pay wall. Signing up will also allow you access to the comments and tomorrow’s live draft chat, so you can tell me what your favorite mock pick for the Seahawks has been so far.
